Our goal is to enable better access to mental health services for people of different ethnic, cultural and language groups. We have experienced bilingual clinicians who provide services that meet the needs of individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds including English, Arabic, Somali, Vietnamese and Swahili speakers.
We assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of psychosocial issues and mental health disorders faced by people during their life span. In addition, we offer services, consultations, and trainings to community organizations and other providers working with immigrants and refugees.
Outpatient psychotherapy via face to face sessions or telehealth for individuals, couples, and families on a wide range of concerns.
Psychological testing creates definitive diagnoses of psychiatric conditions and helps clients identify strengths and weaknesses (self-awareness), and become successful. The testing recommendations become a Road Map for treatment.
Psychiatric medication is often an essential part of mental health treatment. It can treat underlying symptoms in acute and chronic situations and help patients maintain the equanimity they need to stick with the healing process.
