Fozia is a graduate of Portland State University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus in International Development. Fozia is a detail-oriented worker with a passion for group work and patient care. Fozia understands the importance of patient centered care and believes management plays a vital role. Fozia has over 13 years of public service experience in diverse settings.

Her work experience includes working as an interpreter, operational staff, women’s development, entrepreneurship, as well as a liaison position for a school district. Fozia is a skilled trilingual communicator who listens and understands the needs of others. She has experience in diluting conflict and coming up with solutions that benefit the interest of both parties.
